What Might Happen During An Extreme Catastrophic Event

SEVERE EVENTS

If your property has been affected by a wide spread catastrophic event, there will likely be delay's in the adjustment of your claim.

If this happens, know  we are aware of your acute need and appreciate your patience during this difficult time.

CONTACT MAY TAKE UP TO FOUR DAYS

It may take up to four business days for an adjuster to be assigned to your claim.

 

If you have not been contacted in five days call the adjuster. Click here for contact details.

CLAIM PAYMENTS

Only your adjuster is authorized to begin making payments on behalf of your insurer.

GETTING ADVICE

If you have questions about your claim, we recommend that you contact your insurance producer or claims adjuster. They are usually your best resource for advice.
